Grant Assistance

The Trust has regularly made grants of up to £500 to people who are ill, handicapped or disabled, and to those who may be in need of medical and/or household equipment to improve their quality of life.
Examples of how the grant has been used include;

Replacement Washing Machines

Part of a syndicate purchasing larger items/repairs to properties

Food for special diets

Assistance towards home adaptations

Radio or TV for the housebound

Purchase of a Kindle reader and funds to download books
Who is the Grant for?

Grants can be made to adults and children of all ages deemed sick and needy living in Lancashire, Greater Manchester or South Cumbria
How do I apply?

Referrals can be made by individuals, health and social work professionals, charities and other organisations
